"Location is good.The bus is in front and146 leave you at gran via, you are also 15 min away walking fron El Retiro Park. The place is modern and have the basic facilities if you need to use the kitchen or gym, still, it could be better equipped. Rooms are clean and breakfast is good too. Cost12€ The beds however are hard like a rock :("

"Very nice hotel with friendly and attentive staff! The rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained, and the WiFi was strong snd fast. My room was newly furnished and comfortable - while some reviews mention that the rooms are small, I actually found the size cozy and perfectly adequate. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation."

"Extremely new and comfortable hotel. The rooms are very well-equipped. The common areas are great, featuring coffee machines for extra comfort and a nice lounge space with sofas, TV, and tables—perfect for work or a quick meal. It also has a very cool rooftop. The location is excellent, close to Las Ventas and an extension of Gran Vía. It’s a nice 40-minute walk to the main Gran Vía area, and metro access is very easy and convenient. Highly recommended."

"This hotel is in an excellent location, with very convenient transportation. It is close to the metro station and bus stops, and there are supermarkets and many restaurants nearby. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to assist and able to answer questions clearly and professionally. Housekeeping is outstanding and absolutely impeccable. The hotel also offers comfortable common areas with useful facilities such as a microwave, a capsule coffee machine, and vending machines. I highly recommend..."

"Lovely hotel, great reception. Was staying at a hostel which was terrible very glad I moved to this hotel my last three nights. Nice room, shared bathroom, no problems. The hotel can be a little eery backrooms vibes tho. But that’s cool!"

"Great location close to the Bullring and Metro. Great concept slightly let down by execution. We had an ensuite room with other rooms sharing a bathroom between 4 rooms. Communal spaces are great and roof terrace is lovely. However let down by none of the pay coffee machines working despite taking my money. Pay larder wasn't very well stocked but there is a shop 50m down the road. Staff were helpful but quite often there was only one on the..."
